I. PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the list price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign currency or Indian Rupees represents the base price of the product excluding taxes or shipping charges. Concerning items sold on buymyvoip.com, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason, if we are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. 

Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following: If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by buymyvoip.com. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. Dollars or Indian Rupees which you can view in your preferred currency using the currency converter link. This currency converter is only indicative and a value-added tool. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank/credit card provider on the date of billing.

J. SHIPPING

All of buymyvoip.com orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Bangalore, India to your provided shipping address via reliable courier. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days. Shipping outside India normally takes 10 to 14 days.

Shipping destinations offered by buymyvoip.com for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online. We do not ship backorders.

K. DUTIES AND TAXES

Local Orders within India have to pay Goods and Service Tax (GST) as applicable to the items being bought. These would be indicated separately in the final bill. All of buymyvoip.com orders are shipped internationally from our corporate office in Bangalore, India. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
